This is a "Duffin". The texture is similar to a croissant. They call it a hybrid pastry. They are very light and are the size and shape of a large muffin. This one has custard in the middle of it and tastes divine:-) I 'discovered' them at my local Muffin Break cafe recently. I had no idea what it was when I saw it but I knew I had to have one! Now I am hooked:-)
Have you tried them?! You should! Believe me!
