Cats and Pigs?!

I made this cat card for a friend of mine. The cats are two different shades of brown because the recipient has two of her neighbours cats that visit her, and they are different shades of brown!  They know she as food for them and they visit her very day:-)
Above and below is a felt pig I made recently.
She is about 2 1/2 inches by 2 inches.  I used a die I have from "The Stamps of Life".  So easy and so much fun to make!  The flower and heart are also done with dies.
I made this one below, into a key ring.
The black felt material has silver glitter through it, and IRL it is really sparkly!
Thanks for visiting today, {HUGS} from me to YOU:-)

A New Stamp Set and New Dies!

I made the butterfly card using this stamp set below.  It's called Floral Wings from Stampin' Up!  I bought it 2nd hand on Trademe.  I stamped the butterfly then cut it out then put a glue dot in the center of it and stuck it to the card so the wings kind of sick up.  Not that you can actually SEE that in this photo!  This was a Hostess gift from SU back in 2015 I think.  I had my eye on it for awhile and then was lucky enough to see it on Trademe!

The cats on the card below, are two dies I recently bought from Ebay.  I paid $2.50 for them both!  NO postage!  I am buying more and more craft things (and other stuff!) on Ebay as it is SO much cheaper than the prices in the shops here.  I am sick and tired of paying such high prices for craft things, so now I check on Ebay to see if I can get it cheaper.  I fell in love with these two cheeky cats, they make me smile when I look at their cute little faces!  I love their eyes!  I {heart} cats...in case you didn't know?!
The cat dies are around 2/12 inches tall by 1 1/2 inches wide.  I don;t know what brand they are as they were un-branded.
Now for some not-so-good news...my mail is being stolen from my mailbox:-(  I know of one parcel that went missing a couple of weeks ago that contained some expensive USB sticks.   The mail person is leaving my mail on TOP of my mail box instead of putting in IN the box.  As well as that they are leaving parcels in the junk mail box instead of putting it in either mail slot (which has a lock on it), or put it in the box at the back of the box where parcels go.   I'm not sure how much of my mail has gone missing because of this, but I have now put a lock on the mail box.
Ok, have an awesome weekend, and thanks for dropping by:-)  {HUGS} from me to YOU:-)

Happy Valentines Day!

Here is a little matchbox I made for Valentines day!  The box is about 3 1/2 inches in length, 2 1/2 inches in width and about 3/4 of an inch in height.  I used the Sizzix Matchbox die, which has 9 dies in the set.
Above is the box half open to give you a sneak peek at what's inside, and below it is fully open to reveal the tiny bunch of flowers!  I made one of these boxes a few days ago and posted it off to the recipient, and forgot to photograph it:-(  I have lost count of how many times I have done that!

So I made another box the same.  The only difference is the flowers in this box are...Poppies!  I run out of tiny red roses and only had red Poppies!  The other box had a bunch of 12 tiny red roses inside.
These boxes are so cute and fun to make, and you can put all kinds of things in them!
Some good news now...I have an appointment at the Pain Management Clinic next Tuesday! The not so good bit is, I have to be at the hospital at 9 am:-(  It's a 50 minute drive from here so I am lucky I have someone to drive me there and back!
The other exciting news is, I am waiting on an appointment to see an Orthopedic Surgeon out a hip replacement operation!
Yippee!!  I'll be able to get around without pain again and won't need to use my crutches anymore!
Have a great day:-)  {HUGS} from me to YOU:-)
