Christmas Card Plus!

Here's a Christmas card I made today.  It opens from the top.  I had fun with this card and used one of my 2019 calendar tabs.  I was going to use the calendar stamp Lorraine M gave me, but wanted a 12 month calendar and didn't want to have to stamp the calendar stamp so many times.  Plus I want to make ten of these cards, so it would have been too time consuming to use the calendar stamp.  But I have another project in mind using the stamp Lorraine gave me:-)
I added a flower and leaves, plus a circle I had cut out, to the front of this little treat bag. Oh, and not forgetting the SEQUINS that I am SO addicted to!  Got to get those on as many cards as I can!
Above is a little tag I had made some time ago and put aside.  I just added a sequin to it and it was done!  Isn't it funny how one little sequin (or two!) can finish off a project?!
Below is a photo of one of my African Violets that I have.  They are all inside and all of them have been flowering for awhile now.  They seem to love the heat inside my my dining room.
I haven't done much craft work in the last week or so, too much on my mind.  A relative was seriously injured and has since passed away.  There is an investigation into how they were injured and by whom.  So with all this going on, I have hardly done any craft stuff.  I will be  going to their funeral this coming Saturday.
Anyway, I hope you have a SUNSHINE day!  Thanks for dropping by, {HUGS} from me to YOU:-)

Humming Bird Note Card

This is a small 4 3/4 by 3 1/2 inch note card I made, using a stamp set by "Pretty Pink Posh".  I really like this company and have recently discovered my favourite stamp shop, Krafters Cart (NZ) now carry their products, yay!  You can see the stamp set below. I used some stitched rectangle dies  with rounded corners and layered the  stamped white card onto the turqoise and finally onto the pink card.  I stamped the Humming Birds on some scrap card and hand cut them out and glued them to the white card.  There is a set of matching dies for these Humming Birds, but I have yet to decide if I will get them or not.
Two views of the stamp set, whichever way I put it, some of the stamps were upside down!
Thanks for dropping by, have a SUNSHINE day!  {HUGS} from me to YOU:-)

"Fluffles! No It's Not A Swear Word!"

Does anyone remember "Fluffles"?!  He's an old "Stampendous" stamp and I have a couple of different "Fluffles" from way back.  He was very popular and ended up on lot's of my cards!  Well I dusted him off and made this Christmas card with him earlier today.  He's having "snow much fun" on his snow board!  I made the snowy/starry sky using some Dylusions sprays I have.  What you can't see is the sky is actually all sparkly.  You should see it sparkle in the sun!  The snowy mountains/clouds also have some "sparkle" on them.  I had fun making this card, I hope you enjoy it!
Thanks for dropping by, have a SUNSHINE day!  {HUGS} from me to YOU:-)

Angel RAK's

I have been making these Angel cards and leaving them in various places I go.  I left one in the hospital a couple of weeks back when I was there.  I wonder who found it?!  I keep a few in my hand bag.  I am also going to sell some, along with my cards closer to Christmas.  Just as well I have a stash of already made Christmas cards because I have a friend who has been buying them already!! Have a SUNSHINE day, and thanks for dropping by! {HUGS} from me to YOU:-)

Christmas Card

Well this is a surprise!  In the short space of time since I posted the card in the post below this one, I made another Christmas card!  I had already cut out and assembled the white circle with the houses and had glued it to the dark blue (blotchy) card stock, and it was supposed to go on a plain white card.  However, I didn't like it!  So I grabbed the green piece of card that was already die cut (another recent ebay purchase) and glued it on an angle onto the black card, added the white circle with houses, put some gold edges around the black and the green card, and it was done!  I didn't plan it, but I like how it turned out, and boy, was it quick!  I wish all my cards were that quick to make...deep *sigh*
I have something wrong with my right arm, there is no blood circulating in it and my arm including my hand, is icy cold all the time. I am off to see my doctor next week so I hope he finds out what it is because it feels really weird.  It's a kind of "dead".  No matter what I do, it's still  icy cold.  And it is annoying because I keep wanting to shake my arm to get the blood circulating.  (And that doesn't work!)  It feels like it's coming from my right shoulder.
Anyway, thanks for dropping in, have a SUNSHINE day!  {HUGS} from me to YOU:-)

Summertime Fizz!

The bottles on the card above is from a die set I bought off ebay recently. I used bright coloured card and paper because I wanted it to look summery!  Even though our Winter has been exceptionally mild, (except for June) I am over it and want some heat!  I had fun with this card and in the end it came together really quickly. The yellow card is much brighter than it is showing, maybe because it is almost a neon yellow.  Weird!
Thanks for dropping by, have a SUNSHINE day!  {HUGS} from me to YOU:-)
