Does Anyone Know...

I changed the template on this blog this afternoon and now things are not working the same:-(
To start with, there is nowhere to change the font size & colour on here anymore, and I can't seem to add a link to anyones blog. I SWEAR I didn;t touch any other settings when I changed the tmeplate, so what's going on? Does anyone have any idea's? I'd be REALLY grateful! Mary Had A Little Lamb...And Then The Midwife Fainted!

Oh My Gosh..I'm Back!

Well here I am! It was a bit of a challenge to make these cards but I DID IT! My health is slowly improving every day, & every day I feel a little bit stronger:-) Ok, so my MS punches helped..alot..lol!

The top card is one I made for a very special friend who literally 'rescued' me when I was stranded in hospital in my pj's with no way of getting home! Not only did she 'rescue' me but she drove me home, made us a nice hot cup of tea, bought my washing in off the line folded it & put it way AND washed & dried my dishes for me! A few hours later she drove me back to the hospital as I became unwell again & she stayed with me for two hours. Now this may not sound much but this wonderful lady really has panic attacks when she enters a hospital, something I did not know until much later. So her help was very much appreciated. Now that's what I call a real friend:-)

Anyway, I digress (which I usually do..) but I also made her a little set of note cards which I totally forgot to photograph:-( Oh well!

The second card has a 'frame' on top of the lady, it is a bit hard to see but maybe if you click on the picture you might get a better idea. I used sponge tape to give it height. I've used MS punches on both cards..can't you tell?!

Did You Miss Me?!

As some of you may have noticed, I have not posted anything for quite awhile.

I have had some reasonably serious health problems & have recently been in hospital, twice.

I am home again now:-) & today is the FIRST day for a long time that I have felt well enough to get to my blog:-)

I still have a long way to go health wise and it has been a very slow journey, but each day I am feeling a bit better than the day before.

Stuff WILL appear on this blog soon, my creative juices are returning rapidly & I will (soon!) no longer be able to resist the urge to stamp, cut, punch snip & emboss SOMETHING, I just know it!

I just got some new MS punches in the mail, as well as chocolate..two things I cannot (and will not!) resist, so things are looking up!

Last Week's Cards

On all of these cards I have used my Spellbinder dies. The last card also has a Martha Stewart punch for the lace border.

I am still running round on a flat battery so I'm not writing much here!

Special Cards For April

Here are my Special Cards for April. I really haven't done much else due to not being very well for several weeks now. No-one seems to be able to give me a definite diagnosis of what's wrong:-( To be honest, I have had enough of not feeling well & want my health back asap!!

My symptoms are: runny nose, vague sore throat, extreme fatigue/lethargy, feeling tired ALL the time (sleep does not refresh me at all), memory loss (I managed to lock myself out of the house last week! (Thank heavens for helpful neighbours!) I also have very little concentration & get confused easily.

Doing ANYTHING form breathing to sleeping exhausts me & I have fever & chills all the time. Geez Louise I am falling apart rapidly!

If anyone has any idea what could be wrong with me please let me know! I have been told it could be Glandular Fever (a return of it) or stress. (I have certainly had plenty of that within the last year) I just feel like dog poop!!

I WANT to get back into crafting but I just don;t have the energy to actually do much at all. Even these easy cards have taken a big effort to do.
