"Itty Bitty Kitty"!

This is "Romeo-Valentino" - or

"Ro-Ro" for short!! He is the latest addition to my family! I adopted him from the SPCA almost a month ago. He is now 15 weeks old & oh-so-cute!! He gets on really well with my other "fur-child", "Bella-Rosa"! She washes him & he just laps it up!! His fave spot to sleep is on top of my washing frame thing, & as you can see here, he is 'hanging' in a towel!! I have to peg the towel to the frame so he doesn't fall through!

He loves his big "sister", "Bella-Rosa", & follows her around & tries to chew her tail! They play chasey at night, & make alot of noise! "Bella-Rosa" is such a sweetie & I am so proud of her for accepting him so well. I was worried she might not accept him but they got on right away!

He is just what we both needed! "Ro-Ro" comes into my bed every morning (rather early!) for his morning cuddle & reminds me that is time to get up! Who needs an alarm clock?! Thanks to the RSPCA for caring for the animals:-) Thanks for visiting, I haven't been well recently & have not done alot of stamping. But I'm still here & there will be new stuff soon! Have a great week!

Tea With You!

This is a little folder I made that has a tea bag inside. I used my scorpal to make the folds.
I used my nesties for the scallop shape which I cut out of some vellum I had. The words are copied from a similar item that a friend bought for $4.50 - I said WE can MAKE those, and we did!! I glued a little teapot button on the flap. I used a small strip of tape to hold the flap closed.
Easy-peasy & lot's of fun!
Thanks for visiting:-)

Bluebird

I love this card! It is an Inkadinkado stamp which I have stamped in a dark blue colour (Brilliance ink pad). I made a frame by using my nesties & stuck a piece of clear plastic over the image & attached it to the card using sponge tape. I added some tiny gems to the bird as well as the corners of the blue frame. The word "Serenity" is also from an Inkadinkado stamp set. I just liked the simplicity of this card:-)

Princess

I made this card for a friend of mine who has a gorgeous cat called "Suzi"! I hope she doesn't see this card yet as I am going to post it to her next week! I did the round circles with a new type of punch - it punches little T shaped things instead of slots or holes. It makes it SO much easier to thread ribbon through! The cat stamp & "Princess" are from an Inkadinkado set. I layered the cat using my nesties.

Yep, It's Christmas!

Ok, I admit I am early for Christmas! I had some scrap bits of card so decided to stamp these to use up the card! The stamps are from Hero Arts & I have used my nesties to cut out the circles. The green card is very bright but isn't showing up on here. I used some eyelets on the corners of each card. Each card is stamped in red ink.

Little Bird

This stamp is from an Inkadinkado set. He is stamped in a dark chocolate colour. I added silver punched out flowers, stick on pesarls & some kindyglitz. I also added some silver stickers (lines) around the edge of the card.
A quick & easy card to make! The longest part was waiting for the glitter to dry!

Xmas Already?!

This is an Inkadinkado stamp - don't know what it's called. I stamped it in "London Fog" ink, Memento ink pad. I added some punched out flowers in pale blue & silver. There are some very tiny gems on some of the flowers & also some kindyglitz. I layered it onto pale blue card then onto silver card. I also put a piece of blue ribbon across the card underneath the layers of card.

Lazy Daisy

This is a Hero Arts stamp, "Flower Wood Background". I stamped it with an Opalite stamp pad (can't remember which colour) & then sprinkled it with different colours of Interference powders. I know whis stamp says it is a "wood" background, but to me it could easily be water!
I used my scallop nesties for the pink circle & added two star shaped eyelets.
The cream coloured background card has lines embossed across it.

My Sunshine

This butterfly stamp is from Inkadinkado. I stamped it then used a scallop nestie to cut out the circle shape. I used gel pens to colour it. I stamped it again on scrap card & cut out one butterfly, coloured it & stuck it on top of the card so the wings stand out. (Pink b/fly top right) Hard to see on here.
This is a nice delicate sort of stamp that could be used for all kinds of occasions. I had fun with it!
Not sure who the words are by. I stamped pale blue leaves all over the blue card before I stuck the circle to the card.

Pretty Kitty!

This is an image from a set of Inkadinkado stamps. (I love cats!) I stamped the cat in an Eggplant colour (Brilliance Pigment ink) & used my nesties to cut out the white card. I also added kindyglitz (when don't I?!) & some eyelets. on the side. These are really nice stamps that stamp well.

What's Up?

I got the idea for this card from a 2008 Hero Arts Catalogue. Didn't have the same penguin stamp so I used one of my Stampin Up stamps. The words I did by using this little plastic template with the alphabet & numbers on it. Very handy little thing!
A simple card to make! I added some scrap paper on the bottom & put a bit of kindyglitz on the dots.
