Mommy's 'Lil Bloke!

..no head no body just legs, er, paws! Ro-Ro was lying on his back with his front paws in the air so I took his photo! He often sleeps on his back, especially when he sleeps in his baby sling...
...and here he is peering over the top of my bookcase he was sleeping on! He likes being up high! You can see his wobbly heart shape under his chin!

"Oh Mom, I am SO cute..." sez Ro-Ro!

Wow! What A Weekend!!

This is a little bag with four note cards inside. I made the bag using my Cricut machine. I used my oval nesties to cut out the ovals & my Martha Stewart punch for the zig zag white bit. I stamped a butterfly on each card & added a gem stone. These were fun to make! The bag handle is attached with brads & the handle moves so you can easily get the cards in & out.

I made this card last week but forgot to upload it.

Sadly this card does not show up very well on here. It is stamped in silver & has some Viole Interference powder over the top to give it some sparkle. This is just one of the many cards I made this weekend using a Stampin' Up stamp set. Thanks for visiting, {{HUGS}} from me to you:-)

More Weekend Cards!

Although this is hard to see I have uploaded it anyhow. I used my Dazzle Versmark ink pad on white gloss card then brayered over it (it's a Christmas tree image!) with my Birthstone Kaleidacolor stamp pad. I also used some embossed vellum behind it. It looks a whole lot better IRL!This is one of my circle cards using the snowflake stamps. SO much fun!

I have used a Sage Shadow stamp pad (Stampin' Up) on this card.

...another circle/snowflake card!

I stamped this tree in three different colours using Brilliance stamp pads. Thanks for visiting, hope your weekend is going well! {{HUGS}} from me to you:-)

I Stamped My Heart Out!

All these cards are from one set of Stampin' Up stamps. I have stamped them in different inks & colours.
This is better IRL! The pink is not showing up too well on here. I think the colour is called Baby Pink. I have used a multi colour stamp pad to stamp the tree.

I have stamped the tree is two different blue colours & added gem stones & a bow.

The stamp set had two word stamps, I like both of them & had a hard job choosing which one to stamp on each card!

This is one of my favourite cards I stamped, the green is quite a subtle colour & the stick on pearls seemed to just be right for it.
Thanks for visiting! {{HUGS}} from me to you:-)

A Marathon Weekend...

The above card is ONE of many I have made in the last 48 hours! The stamp set is from Stampin' Up & I have used the snowflake stamps to stamp this card. I added a scallop circle (nestabilities) & some stick on gemstones.
This is a black & white card using the same stamp set.

Another circle card using just the snowflake stamps from he same set. This one is a dark blue colour.

These cards were easy to make, it just took me all weekend! I have used 3 different green stamp pads for this one.

On the red card I have made the snowflakes into baubles & used gold chain stickers to make them look like they are hanging. So many cards from 6 stamps! Lot's of fun!
Thanks for looking, {{HUGS}} from me to you:-)

We Have A Follower...

Miss Bella sashay's down the 'cat' walk, strutting her stuff for the camera! (Wiggle that butt girl!)
"Ai just washin' teh windows" says Ro-Ro! (It was a moth & he loves them!)

And here he is again, doing his weightlifting!! But seriously, my two gorjuss Purrito's have a FAN & her name is....MONICA & she lives in Los Angeles!! (We got an email from her today!) Thank YOU Monica & WE love YOU too!!
{{HUGS}} from the two Purrito's:-)

Paper Work..

..."Someone" in this house does alot of "paperwork"! "Someone" has a toilet paper fetish & it is getting expensive!! Whoever did it was very silent & quiet about un-rolling (another) whole toilet roll! I was only one room away I never heard a thing! For the followers of my "Litter Kwitter" toilet training, you will know this is the second time this has occurred. I have my suspicions, but that's all they are, suspicions! I heard nothing I saw nothing! I have learnt (finally!) to keep the toilet rolls as far away from the toilet as possible...maybe even put them in another room?? I said two words when I saw this..."What the..??" Both Purrito's had that choir boy/girl innocence written all over their faces, in fact, both of them were sound asleep so it was very hard to tell "Who Done It.." Toilet paper is now on the top of my shopping list...more good rubber stamp money down the toilet..literally!!
Thanks for visiting, {{HUGS}} from all three of us to you:-)

It's Chritmas, Right?

..."cause I keep making all these Christmas cards! I'm hoping Santa is on his way or I'll be stuck with all these cards! Ok, this card (above) was made by cutting (I used my nesties) out a rectangle frame & then using the mask to stipple various colours inside the rectangle. I then stamped some small Xmas stamps inside the masked bit. I added a purple Caribbean card frame around it & layered it to a white card. I added the "Happy Christmas" words (sticker) last. The tiny Christmas stamps are from Stampendous.

This card was made using some red Xmas stickers which I have stuck onto some clear acetate. I first stamped the words (in red) onto a white card, then stuck this glittery sticker paper over top of the words. On to that I stuck the sticker on the acetate. I have layered it to a green card. Both of these cards were quick & easy to make:-) The Christmas words are from Hero Arts. Thank you for dropping by, {{HUGS}} from me to you:-)

More Cards From Class!

The first two photo's are of the same card. The inside of the card is the first photo, done with a spiral word stamp from Rubbadubbado. A fun card to make & quick & EASY! It says, "A Very Merry Christmas And A Happy New Year". We had fun making these on the weekend! The last card is done with a gold snowman sticker & using the gorjuss Caribbean card again. I will need "therapy" when I run out of that card!!
Thanks for looking, {{HUGS}} form me to you:-)

Cards Inspired By Stamp Class!

I did these last night. Top card is stamped onto acetate, cut out & then stuck onto this sparkly glitter sticker paper stuff. I then cut it out & stuck it to the layers of Caribbean card. The shapes were cut out using my nesties. The word stamp is from Inkadinkado. I added some gems to the snowflakes on the bauble.
Second card is the black & white one I posted before, but I have added a bow & some some glitter to it. Looks better IRL! Last card is similar to the top card, stamped on acetate and then added to a brayered background.
Thanks for visiting, {{HUGS}} from me to you:-)

I Went To A Stamp Class!

By chance I went to a stamp class on the weekend & here is some of what we did! I didn't know I was even going until the last minute! Threw some 'basic' stamping stuff in a bag, grabbed some (equally basic - long boring story) food & off I went with my friend Helen! The class was held at Stamp & Create in Milford which is owned by Judi Davis. You gotta go there it's an awesome shop!! Shame it is so far away from where I live:-(
Yo Dawson from Crafting Around was demoing some Christmas cards using stickers & this gorjuss card called Caribbean something or other, yummm it is niiiice! The other cards she demoed were some yummy black & white cards. On the first card the pudding has foil on the icing & the card is made using the Caribbean card. The green side bit is cuttle bugged. The second card with the baubles is done using the Versamark Dazzle ink pad & I stamped a big stamp that has sort of 'cracked' lines on it. Then I brayered over the top using my Capuccino Kaleidocolor stamp pad. The baubles were stamped in Stazon ink onto some clear acetate then cut out & stuck to the card using ultra tiny dots of sponge tape. The smaller bauble was just a cut out of card & I used a circle sticker around it. I added sticker chains to each bauble. Lastly I added the curves of chain which just gives the card a different look. I used a dark iridescent brown card for the base card. Oh yes, I added some glitter to the bauble:-)
The green card is done using the same technique as above but using a crackle stamp as background. Once again I have used gold star stickers on acetate.
This class was serious FUN! We did alot of stamping, laughing, (shopping, of course!) & eating as well a bit of 'gossip'...my lips are sealed:-) On top of a whole day stamping I ended up spending the next day at Helen's doing more stamping! A marathon 48 hours but fun! I know I will do it again sometime!! Thanks for visiting, {{HUGS}} from me to you:-)

More Stuff From Class

The black & white card was done using a cuttlebug embossing folder & lightly rubbing a pale silver/pink ink pad over the top. The black square was done using my nesties. There is a gold sticker that says "With Love" but it wasn't easy to photograph as it was so sparkly. You punch the square in the white card & thread ribbon through it before you stick the white card to the black. I have also added some circle stickers to the white card. Looks much better IRL!
The bottom card is done using more Christmas stickers & the gorjuss Caribbean card! Thanks for visiting! {{HUGS}} from me to you:-)

Circles And Snowmen

Here are the last two cards I made at class. The top one card is cut on an angle at the top & on the side, just to give it a different look. I can cut my cards crooked very easily! I have used a large circle sticker around the snowmen (an old Xmas card from years gone by!) & then cut around the circle & stuck it to the card. I added some smaller half circles & stippled some gold ink around the edges of the card.
The bottom card has a Christmas tree sticker on & I have cut some red & blue Caribbean card to layer it onto he green card. Very quick to make. I added some gems which I coloured with some permanent markers to get the colours I wanted.

Fun Fun Fun! Thanx for visiting, {{HUGS}} from me to you:-)

Snowlady!

The blue background on here was done by stamping a star stamp on white glossy card using a Versamark Dazzle stamp pad then brayering it with a blue dye ink. (Click image to enlarge to see better) I layered it onto a read card. I cut around the Xmas lights to "pop" them up. I only cut around the globe, not the entire light.
Stamp: Stampendous
Embellishments: stick on red pearls, chunky glitter, kindyglitz, snowflake stickers.
I like this stamp & borrowed it from my friend Helen - thanx Helen:-)
Thanx for dropping by, {{HUGS}} from me to you:-)

The Two Purrito's...

Top photo is "Ro-Ro" playing in a box, he was full of mischief & ready for a game when I took this! Second photo is "Bella-Rosa" playing "Santa Claws"! I can't say she was thrilled about wearing the hat, but she did let me take a few snaps! However she was not happy about having the elastic under her chin so we just sat the hat on her head without it! I mean, come on, there's only so much a cat will put up with!

Ai Only Haz Aiz For YOO!

My gorjuss 'lil bloke, as I call him, "Ro-Ro"! He is inside my purple back pack that I was (trying to) pack ready to go to a stamp class! He thought if he could fit in the bag he could come with me! Should I change his name to "Stampin'-Paws"?! {{HUGS}} from us to you:-)

Ai Iz Praktisin' To Be Muvver Tuhreza..

...how yoo fink ai doin'?? This is "Ro-Ro" peeking out from under a blanket, he was playing in a box when I took this! Oh those eyes..so gorgeous! Thanks for looking! {{HUGS}} from us to you:-)

Fleur De Lis Ornament And Card...

Wow! I can't believe I made that Fleur De Lis Ornament! (Top photo) I am not good at following written instructions, I prefer to be shown how to do it, I find it easier. But I saw this ornament on SCS & I just had to try it! Ok, so it gave me a bit of a headache & it took me awhile to 'get' it, but finally I GOT it & here is the ornament! Phew, gimme a strong coffee someone! The ornament is doubled sided & made on an empty ribbon reel, very clever! I just added some diamond gemstones & two snowflake brads. Done! Thank you to the clever lady (I am sorry but I have forgotten who you are, please let me know if you are reading this!) who put up the tutorial, I will be making more of these now that I have got it!! The next one will not take me so long I promise!
The pink card was supposed to be a Christmas one...until I realised the embossing says Happy Birthday! Oh well, it will go to a friend who has a December birthday..like me! The snowflake on there was made with a cuttlebug die. The last card is made with the Fleur De Lis Shapeability Pendant thing. I am so glad I bought that at the craft show, it is so much fun! And it is very versatile too.
Ok, thanks for visiting, hope you come back soon! {{HUGS}} from me to you:-)

Target Sighted Locked In And Butt Wiggle Engaged!!

Well here we are at Stage Three of Litter Kwitter toilet training with the two Purrito's! Well, we were at stage three..for a day & then they decided that was it, they are NOT going in there for goodness sake mom there's a blooming great hole in the middle, what if we fall in??? How could I be so stupid?!
Actually, those were "Bella's" strong thoughts! "Ro-Ro" was fascinated by the hole & was happy to use it...after he had checked it out for suitability for white-water rafting or maybe Nemo was in there & he could find him??! Does anyone have a spare fishing line for him?! (Never mind that Nemo has already been 'found', didn't he see the movie?!)
So we have gone back to stage two for awhile, " Bella" was not comfortable with it & I don't want to stress her. Keep watching this space..
Thanks for visiting, {{HUGS}} from us to you:-)
